When it comes to selecting a ground anchor for your project, there are a few things to consider. Depending on your situation, you may need to use hand tools or machinery such as a bulldozer to clear land and move dirt. If you need to create a road to your building, using a bulldozer and backhoe may be necessary. In this case, it makes sense to take advantage of the machinery to complete other site work such as clearing brush and trees. This can save a lot of time compared to doing everything by hand.

Earth retaining walls are commonly used as supporting and retaining structures in highway subgrades. The suspended-anchor earth retaining wall is a type of light combined supporting and retaining structure. The wall back pressure of the suspended-anchor earth retaining wall with double-layered anchor plate and the tension of the tie bar can be analyzed using the finite element method. The analysis results show that the wall back earth pressure increases linearly along the wall's altitude direction and decreases sharply at the bottom. The value is between active earth pressure and static earth pressure.

When double-layered tie bars are used, it's best to lay out the higher tie bars and lower tie bars 1/3 of the wall height below the top of the wall and above the bottom of the wall, respectively. This will help ensure that the wall is stable and able to withstand the forces acting upon it.
